Hypercare phase after go live, followed by standard support and application maintenace ensuring a high level of user satisfaction and adoption accross all departments.

Built reporting dashboards to monitor important KPIs and provide management with a clear picture on their solution usage: contract count and spend accross teams, load estimation via active and completed task analysis, contract signature velocity, contract types usage, process and signature policy compliance.

Ariba P2P master data cleansing

Part of a global P2P deployment spanning over 4000+ users and targeting 40M€ savings over 5 years, this stream consisted in cleaning master data to ensure the P2P deployment would then stay on track and within budget. Major focus on Vendors with:
